Cooking
Butter to soften at room temperature. Mix sugar with egg,add the ricotta, flour and baking powder. Knead the dough ,roll out a layer of 2 cm cut the shape of a star.
Put biscuits on a greased nasty.
Bake at 200C until Golden brown.
To prepare chocolate icing(as per instructions on the pack). Pour glaze on cookies and sprinkle with candy sprinkles.
