The products required.
Boil potatoes in their skins, peel and cut into cubes.
Cucumber and zucchini peel and also cut into cubes.
Radishes and tomatoes cut into slices, onion - half rings.
All combine and mix well.
Sauce: corn, mayonnaise and sour cream put in a blender and make puree.
Add salt, sugar, mix well and pour over salad. Let stand 2 hours. Stir and decorate.
