Preparation filling: mix olive oil, honey, mustard, juice of half a lemon (if using dried spices (Basil, thyme, rosemary), it is better to add to the filling).
Cooking olive pasta: olives, garlic to grate or blend in a blender, add the red pepper, zest of a quarter lemon, herbs (Basil, thyme, rosemary) and mix thoroughly.
Cooking pasta cottage cheese: curd grind, mix with chopped greens, salt to taste
With tomatoes cut off the top and carefully remove the pulp, dry cloth.
Stuffed tomatoes, spreading the filling layers of cheese, pasta, olive pasta, cheese pasta. Then cool and cut into quarters
Lay on lettuce leaves, sprinkle with grated cheese
