Recipe read in the magazine "Dobrye sovety". Interested in an unusual sauce. Decided to try it. I liked it. The proportions of giving, as written in the magazine (I did the eyes).

Yogurt
2 ст. л.

4 ст. л.

Lemon juice

Cooking
Everything slice. Apples sprinkle with lemon juice.
To make the sauce: cheese mash with a fork, mix with yogurt, salt, pepper and olive oil.
Lettuce put in salad bowl. On top lay heaped mixed vegetables. Fill the sauce just before serving. Sprinkle with pine nuts.
