The source where I found this salad, it was called "Greek". Because I seriously doubt supplies this undoubtedly delicious salad to Greek cuisine, the name I changed.. Everything else is left unchanged! It is a must try! Come on in, help yourself!

In salted water boil the rice. For this salad great rice Aatika MIX TM "Mistral"
Peppers and onions cut into strips. Corn and olives drain in a colander, then mix with vegetables. Prepare the dressing: garlic very finely, mix with wine vinegar, salt, pepper and olive oil. Vegetables fill the sauce and leave to infuse, until cooked rice.
Cooked rice drain in a colander and rinse with cold water. Mix rice with vegetables enjoy your meal!!!
