Lettuce to pick, put in a bowl, then radishes, sliced, he put pickled fennel. On top lay slices of feta cheese. Fresh herbs to grind. (sorry I have lost the intermediate photo)
Spiced with salad and season with olive oil. Salt to taste. I did not add it.
