Another recipe I brought from home. Incredibly delicious salad. Perfectly transportable, therefore, it is essential at a picnic. At home we only prepare the ingredients and assemble the salad already in nature!
Ingredients

Lettuce

Soy sauce
2 ст. л.

Olive oil

Balsamic
1 ст. л.
Cooking
Salad wash and arbitrarily tear sheets. Place in a container and lightly pummel them.
Prepare the dressing: mix Kikkoman soy sauce, olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
Tucked in lettuce leaves and driven into the countryside. All the other components we add are already there.
And while they prepare. Bacon fry on the pan until crisp.
In the bacon fat, fry sliced white bread.
Figs cut into 4-6 pieces.
Cheese cut very thin slices.
When serving the salad, add the bacon, croutons, figs and slices of cheese. Mix and immediately treated. Bon appetit!
