A similar recipe for this cookie is already on the site, but I post my own version. Cookies are not only delicious and tender, but also beautiful.
Ingredients

Soda slaked vinegar
1 ч. л.
Cooking
Separate the yolks from the whites. Grind the egg yolks, 1 Cup sugar, butter and cheese. Add baking soda, slaked vinegar.
Add flour and knead the dough.
We divide the dough into 4 parts.
Whisk the whites with 0.5 Cup. sugar in a solid foam. Nuts grind in a blender.
Roll out the dough.
Lubricates the dough with protein and sprinkle with nuts. Wrap it rolls.
Roll cut into pieces of approximately 1.5 cm. Spread on a baking sheet (no grease necessary) and put in oven at 180*C for about half an hour.
Take it out and enjoy!
