Preparation of the dough: Margarine to mix with 0.5 cups of sugar.
Add the cottage cheese.
And all stir well.
Add soda and flour. Knead the dough.
Roll the dough, cut into squares about 8*8 and a thickness of about 1cm.
In the middle of each square, put 1 teaspoon of sugar.
And collapse the envelope. Grease the baking sheet with margarine, place biscuits and bake until tender, temperature about 180 degrees.
