Cooking
Grate the beets and potatoes on a fine grater. Mix well. Add salt to taste. Add 1 tsp of mayonnaise and mix.
Chicken breast chopped. Add the grated cheese and soy sauce. Add 1 tsp. of mayonnaise.
Roll minced meat balls with a diameter of 1 cm.
Meat balls covered in beet mass and form a ball. Make sprigs of parsley.
