Easy and quick salad!
Ingredients

Lettuce

Mustard
1 ст. л.

Vinegar
1 ст. л.

Soy sauce
2 ст. л.

Vegetable oil
5 ст. л.
Cooking
Bacon slice thinly and fry the tomatoes sliced into 6-8 pieces, boil eggs and cut lengthwise into 4 pieces. Lettuce, arugula, spinach, cilantro, dill – to break with your hands or coarsely chop. All good neatly mixed. Place them on a dish, spread on top tomato, fried and cooled bacon and eggs.
To prepare the marinade: mix soy sauce, Apple cider vinegar, vegetable oil, mustard. Marinade pour our salad and immediately served to the table. Bon appetit!
