Whole grain buns in a slow cooker
This recipe I dedicated to all the vegetarians; people with problems of the gastrointestinal tract and those who are on a diet or watching proper nutrition. Recipe without eggs, harmful yeast and sugar. Minimum cost. But the buns turn out really tasty, hearty and most importantly - useful!

Here are all the products we need. A glass of kefir (sour milk) pour into a Cup, add salt, soda, and all mix well. Soda will sagacity in yogurt or cream. Now add unrefined sunflower oil or any that you like. I like the smell of sunflower seeds, so I add this oil. Then add sesame seeds, lightly stir and whole wheat flour. The dough should get soft and not lipsome hands. If three cups of flour is not enough, then add to desired consistency. Flour and glasses are different, so I wrote the approximate number.

Roll out a small sausage, Osipyan pieces and do kolobochki. Balls, slightly flatten and put in the basket multivarki, greased at a minimum distance of 1-2 cm. In the bowl multivarki pour water and put the basket. "Bake" our buns on mode "steaming" for 20 minutes.
