Cooking
Ingredients - honey, butter, rye and wheat flour, water, dried bell pepper, raisins, yeast, malt, sugar, salt.
In a bowl pour the flour and all the ingredients.
The pan multivarki grease with butter. Put the dough, to install the program "bread" and the time is 3 hours.
After an hour the dough, remove from the slow cooker and put it on the table in the flour.
Slightly knead the dough and put into a saucepan multivarki.
In an hour the pan with the bread, remove from the slow cooker and flip the bread upside down on a cutting Board. Place in pan bottom and continue baking bread.
After another hour the bread is ready! Top side of bread.
Delicious, soft bread with a crispy crust.
