On a fine grater grate a bit of cheese, just 2 tablespoons, and add it to the sauce. Quickly stir so the cheese is melted, add 1 tbsp. of fresh lemon juice and switch off the stove.

If you cook this sauce, be guided by your taste. Do not have to add all of the ingredients, if you don't like garlic or spicy herbs, or lemon juice. The sauce in any case will be very tasty!
