Sour cream cake with plums

The words of the author: all the mix, with a fork stir in crumbs,the dough is dry -this is normal.

I got a normal dough.

Put in a detachable form and make the bumpers.(save some crumbs for topping. Few, literally a handful)

Plums cut into slices

for the filling - egg yolk,semolina(dessert spoon),Mar.the sand mix

Add sour cream

Proteins whip and mix with other products .

Lay plums

From a handful of dough,added a little flour and I ground into crumbs
