Prepare the dough: beat 1 egg with baking soda, add flour and sour cream
Put into the form
Filling: in grated cheese add egg and spread on the dough.. (and cheese - the more the better... and can mix varieties)
Remove in the oven for 15-20 minutes, bake at 180*C
