Description

Condensed milk in the bread maker
When the house ended condensed milk, I decided to remember his youth and make it their own. Before all this was done in a water bath, and the process was long and tedious. Cost gape, and instead of condensed milk can result in milk toffee. But technology does not stand still, and I decided to use for this purpose a bread maker. As a "improver" of milk, released in a commercial way, I decided as a Supplement to use dry milk.

Ingredients

  • Milk

    900 мл

  • Sugar

    500 г

  • Dry milk

    60 г

  • Vanilla

    1,5 г

Cooking

step-0
Prepare the products. On the Internet many write that it is best to make condensed milk at village milk, but in Moscow did not meet, although some claim that the farm is a rustic. I just figured at that farm and realized that farming products in such sales only the name. The only thing you should pay attention to is expiration date. The smaller the difference between these dates, the more likely it is that it is natural.
step-1
Measure out 500 grams of sugar
step-2
Weigh the milk powder. Mix sugar and dry milk, vanillin. Pour in a ladle the milk and begin to gradually add the dry ingredients. To achieve homogeneity, mix the contents with an immersion blender.
step-3
Put the saucepan on the stove and bring the mixture to a boil.
step-4
Pour contents of the ladle into the bucket of the bread machine and turn the program "Jam". The duration of the program my bread machine is 1 hour and 20 minutes. After the cycle is complete take out the bucket from the bread machine and allow the product to cool slightly. Then repeat the cycle several times. Depending on the model bread machine it can be from 3 or more cycles. In my bread it took 5 cycles.
step-5
At the end of cooking, the product becomes slight cream tint. The readiness of the product is determined by the spreading drop. Do not see that the product was liquid. Condensed milk remains liquid until cool. Of the said number I got about 600 ml of condensed milk.
