Simple to prepare and delicious appetizer for the holiday table. Also, this appetizer can be prepared in nature and serve immediately to the table.

Cooking
Cheese mash with a fork. Add the chopped nuts. Mix well.
Add the carrots grated on a small grater. Stir.
Add the crushed garlic, cinnamon and soy sauce. Mix well. The stuffing is ready.
Lettuce a good wash.
On lettuce put a bit of filling.
And turn into a tube.
Tube with filling spread on a plate, if desired, garnish with chopped greens. I decorated with tomatoes.
