Mackerel, marinated for this recipe, it turns out incredibly tasty and flavorful.

Soy sauce
2 ст. л.
Cooking
Fish to defrost. Cut into pieces with a width of 3-4 cm, put in a jar, add the broken Bay leaf, pepper and garlic cut into slices.
For marinade: in cold water, add salt and sugar, stir until dissolved.
On top of the fish put sprigs of dill, add soy sauce.
Pour marinade fish, cover and put into the refrigerator for 2-3 days. Bon appetit!
