Cooking
Millet rinse well to clear water. Of course, you can just cook porridge, but we have the same mess out of a fairy tale. Take the pot put it the millet, pour hot water, add sugar and vanilla essence. Mix and place in a preheated 160 degree oven for 30-35 minutes. Then, remove cereal from oven, add hot milk, cover and let stand for a bit.
While preparing the porridge, prepare the lemon Kurd: on a small grater, grate lemon zest and squeeze the juice.
Mix egg, sugar, zest and lemon juice, add butter and put in a water bath.
Cook in a water bath, constantly stirring with a whisk until thick. Remove from heat and let cool.
Serve porridge with lemon curd and fresh berries. Bon appetit!!!
