Cooking
Carrots, potatoes, onions clean and cut. Drop the sliced carrots in a saucepan and boil. The rice, pour hot water for 10 minutes to lightly swell. In the mince add half finely chopped onion, 2 tbsp. soaked in hot water rice, 1 egg, salt, pepper - mix everything together and form into the balls.
When the carrots are almost cooked, drop the rice and potatoes. Then gently let off the formed balls (meatballs). Fry in a pan with vegetable oil finely chopped onion, when onion is slightly browned, add the tomato paste or chopped tomato.
Salt. Add the chopped greens.
