Cooking
Peeled apples grate on a coarse grater. Add ginger, sugar, gelling powder, stir and leave for 24 hours.
Then on low heat bring to boil with constant stirring. Increase the heat and cook for 3 more minutes. Put into hot sterilized dry jars.
