Cooking
Liver wash, cut into small pieces and fry in a slow cooker until tender ( mine took 20 min)
While fried liver, cook the rest of the products
Then roast them as well, adding a little vegetable oil
Meanwhile, grind the liver with the help of a blender (you can mince)
This kind of mixture we have, add the softened butter, salt, pepper, add the nutmeg, it will give zest to our pate
And mix with an immersion blender until smooth, taste for salt
Spread into sterilized jars
Cover with a lid, put in slow cooker, pour multistate water, close the lid. I multivarka-cooker, I chose the "quick cooking" and the time is 20 minutes. (At the bottom of the slow cooker you can put a silicone Mat or kitchen towel).
