Beet tops soak, and then thoroughly wash them.
Then finely chop the roots and tops together.
Then spread into sterilized jars. Prepare the marinade. For its preparation mix water, salt, sugar, Bay leaf and pepper peas. Put on high heat, bring to boil and add vinegar, boil for 2 minutes, pour into the prepared jars and leave for 5 minutes for infusion.
Then the marinade is drained back into the pan and bring to boil. Boiling the marinade is poured into jars and preserve the lids.
