Squash caviar
Delicious squash caviar without the tomato paste and mayonnaise. This recipe shared with me by a colleague, Dasha. Caviar is really very tasty, in confirmation of which, I often hear requests to share the recipe from friends, relatives and acquaintances. I hope you this caviar is like.

Ingredients

  • Zucchini

    1.5 кг

  • Tomato

    1.5 кг

  • Onion

    0.5 кг

  • Carrots

    0.5 кг

  • Salt

    2.5 ст. л.

  • Sugar

    5 ст. л.

  • Vinegar essence

    1 ч. л.

  • Vegetable oil

Prepare the necessary products

Vegetables should be washed, cleaned. With tomatoes remove the skin, previously scalded with boiling water. Then, chop the vegetables: zucchini and tomatoes - diced, onion - half rings, carrots to grate. All fry separately. Zucchini must be fried until transparent, onion - until, until it becomes soft, otherwise it will be the caviar grains.

Mix all the ingredients, grind in a blender.

Add salt, sugar and simmer on low heat for 40 minutes under the lid. 5 minutes until cooked add the acetic acid.

Banks are well washed with soda, and heat with a small amount of water in the microwave for 2-3 minutes the eggs are spread out along the banks. I always put banks on the cover, i.e. over the place, and left it to cool. Store in the refrigerator. The output is about 2.5 - 3 liters of caviar.
