Zupa ogurkowa. Very easy and hearty soup. Recipe Polish, prepared his Polish friends and they all loved it, even my daughter, who soups not eat. =))

Cucumber

Sour cream
150-200 мл

Potatoes

Cooking
Into the broth put chopped potatoes.
While cooking potatoes, fry in the butter vegetable mixture.
Peel the cucumbers.
Grate the cucumbers on a large grater.
Add fried vegetable mixture and cook 10-15 minutes on low heat.
Add the cucumbers and cook another 5-10 minutes, at the end add sour cream or cream dowodem to a boil. Polish soup ready!!
