Light, refreshing and healthy smoothie! :) Low calorie content allows you to include it in part of many diets, and the addition of carob makes this drink sweet and pleasant taste.

Cooking
Ingredients: pear, dates, a piece of ginger root.
Carob and almond milk. Almond milk I make myself, the recipe mizuko. The almonds only take twice 200 ml of hot water will need 20 g of almonds.
From dates to remove the pit, peel the ginger. Chop the pear, ginger and dates.
In a blender, grind milk, pear, figs and ginger. Add carob and again grind.
Pour into a glass and enjoy a delicious healthy drink :)
