Creamy soup made from beef liver

Ingredients

  • Beef liver

    400

  • Carrots

  • Leeks

    1 шт

  • Parsley

    1 пуч.

  • Water

    1,4 л

  • Cream

    300 мл

  • Spices

  • Salt

  • Flour

    2 ст. л.

  • Chicken egg

    1 шт

  • Vegetable oil

The liver is cleaned and cut into strips

Carrots and onions cut into half rings, leek rings, parsley, chopped with stems

Preheat the pan with vegetable oil, put back the vegetables, add spices and 2 tbsp flour, fry for 5-6 minutes on medium heat

The liver to fill with water and put to boil for 10 minutes

After 10 minutes in the broth with liver add fried vegetables and salt. Cook for another 20 minutes

Then add the soup, warm the cream and cook for another 5-7 minutes
