Finally I found what been looking for. Delicious, not cloying, rich hot chocolate. Recipe from the site SAY7.

Dark chocolate
200 г

Sugar
3 ст. л.

Starch
1 ст. л.
Cooking
Milk pour into a saucepan. A little should be left for the mixing with starch. Put on the fire.
In heated milk, add a chocolate bar. It is better to break.
Add the sugar. Can be more for the sweet tooth, and can be less. Still depends on the chocolate because it happens in dark chocolate with enough sweetness.
Mix the starch with the remaining milk.
Added to our chocolate mixture, carefully with stirring. Bring to a boil. The chocolate is ready!
