Chicken stir fry with sweet and sour sauce

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    800 г.

  • Potato starch

    2 ст. л.

  • Sweet pepper

    2 шт.

  • Ginger

    2 ст. л.

  • Pineapple

    350 г.

  • Vinegar

    2 ст. л.

  • Soy sauce

    6 ст. л.

  • Sugar

    1 ст. л.

1.Chicken fillet cut into thin strips. 2.Pepper cut into thin strips. 3.Pineapple cut into small pieces. 4.In the bowl mix ingredients for sauce and set aside. 5.In a bowl with chicken, add starch and stir so that it coated all the pieces. 6.In a wok or large skillet over high heat, heat 2 tbsp vegetable oil. In several attempts fry the chicken until Golden brown, 2 minutes to sunset. 7.Remember that the pieces in the wok should not be crowded, otherwise they will not be fried, and braised. 8.Ready fillet put on a plate and set aside. 9.In a wok put the ginger and fry, stirring, 30 seconds. Add the peppers and fry, stirring, for about 3 minutes until soft-crisp. 10.Return to the wok the chicken and add the pineapple. 11.Pour the sauce and, stirring constantly, heat over within 1-2 minutes.
